CIT Program

What is the CIT Program?

A Paid Position

As a CIT, you can plan on 8 hours of paid work each day, which may include helping in the kitchen, assisting a counselor while working with kids, and other tasks that help camp run smoothly.

A Customized Experience

After your day's work is completed, you can plan on spending time with an adult leader and other CITs enjoying a fun camp experience designed just for you! Work days will be flexible to allow you the chance to participate in all the best that camp has to offer.

Those who want to can take the LIT Whitewater week off and use their CIT earnings to cover the full cost of this amazing experience!

Apply for the CIT Program

Send in your application for consideration as a Leader in Training. We will contact successful candidates by May 1st with an invitation to register for the Whitewater Week at half off.

The CIT Program includes a required week of paid training from June 6 - 10, and a commitment to work at least 2 additional weeks (up to 6 weeks).
